Websites and getting found
You are looking at one.
There is no portfolio page here yet, because there are no client sites yet. Rather than fill this page with stock mockups of work that does not exist, here is the site you are on, everything that goes into one, and what it costs. Judge it on that.
01
What a site is actually for
Somebody is checking whether you are real.
For most trades and most small businesses, the website is not where customers are found. It is where they are confirmed. Somebody got your name from a neighbour, or you called them this morning, and ninety seconds later they are typing you into their phone at a red light. They give it about ten seconds.
Which means the job is not clever. Load fast, say what you do, put the phone number where a thumb already is, and look like a business that will still exist in April. Everything else is decoration, and most sites in this trade get the order backwards.
02
What is actually included
All of this, in the price. Not as add-ons.
You can get a website generated for a few hundred dollars now, and the page will look fine. What it will not have is any of the rest of this, which is most of the work and all of the reason it gets found and stays yours.
| Included | What it actually means |
|---|---|
| Written for your business | Your words, your jobs, your equipment. Not template copy with your town pasted in. |
| Your photographs, placed properly | Cropped, colour matched, never run through an enhancer. No stock images of people who do not work for you. |
| Search terms, per page | Titles, descriptions and headings built around what people in your area actually type, not a keyword list sold back to you as a service. |
| Schema markup | Machine readable business details so Google shows your hours, phone and service area correctly instead of guessing. |
| Google Business Profile | Set up or cleaned up, details matched to the site. For a local business this drives more calls than the website does. |
| Search Console, verified | Sitemap submitted so you get indexed in days, and you can see what people searched to reach you. |
| Favicon set, every size | Browser tab, bookmark, and the icon if somebody saves you to their phone home screen. |
| Sitemap, robots, custom 404 | The plumbing. Missing it is why generated sites sit unindexed for months. |
| Security headers | Content policy, clickjacking and transport rules, then scored against a public checker so you can see the grade. |
| Speed, measured | Fonts carried inside the file, no tracker pile, no framework. Readable on one bar of signal. |
| Every size tested | Phone, tablet portrait and landscape, desktop. Checked, not assumed. |
| Domain and DNS pointed | Done for you, carefully, without breaking the email running on the same domain. That mistake is more common than you would think. |
| Handed over in your name | Your domain, your hosting, your files. Nothing rented. If you never speak to me again it keeps working. |
| Thirty days of changes | After launch, included. You will find things. Everybody does. |

Ads
Most of the money leaks quietly.
If you are running Google or Meta ads, you probably find out how the month went at the end of the month, from a dashboard nobody opens. By then it is spent. A keyword that stopped converting, a campaign quietly throttled, a cost per lead that doubled in week two, all of it sits there costing money until somebody looks.
Two things, and they are separate. First, an audit: I go through what is running now and tell you in plain English what is wasting money and why, with the numbers. Second, the watcher: it checks the accounts on a schedule and tells you the week something moves the wrong way, not the month after.
$600
Ad audit, one time
A written report on what is running, what is leaking, and what to change first. Yours to act on with or without me.
$275 / mo
Ongoing monitoring
Spend, cost per lead and delivery watched on a schedule, with an alert the week something moves, not at month end.
This is not an agency retainer. I do not run your campaigns, I do not take a cut of your spend, and I do not need you locked in for six months. The reason it costs a fraction of what an agency charges is that watching numbers is a machine's job, and I am not staffing an account team against your budget.
04
What it costs
$1,800
Straight
Three to five pages, everything in the list above. Fast, plain, phone first, built to be found locally. What most businesses actually need.
$4,500 to $7,500
Full
Custom design, real motion, built around your business rather than poured into a template. This site is roughly that tier.
Take $800 off the pair if a site is built alongside a system. Hosting, backups and small changes are $95 a month, optional, cancel any time, and nothing breaks if you stop.
Timeline is two to four weeks, and most of that is waiting on photographs and words from you. If you need something live this Friday, say so on the call and I will point you at a template builder that will serve you better. No hard feelings.
Image slot
Three real sites, once they exist.
Screenshots of the first three client sites, full page, on a phone frame and a desktop frame. Until then this page stays honest about having none.
