Why this exists
I kept watching good businesses lose money to their own calendar.
I grew up around a family network of trades businesses and I built systems for them because the problems were obvious and nobody had the afternoon to fix them. A quote that took forty minutes because it was typed from scratch every time. Jobs nobody heard about until the work was already spoken for. A margin nobody could see until a quarter after it mattered.
None of that is a technology problem. The tools already exist and most businesses are already paying for some of them. Nobody wired them together. An industry survey of a thousand contractors found more than half own field service software and most of them use it as an invoice printer. That gap is the whole business.
How I work
Official sources over convenient ones.
Government records and state boards beat whatever a search engine returns. When two sources disagree you see both and which one is authoritative, rather than a tidy wrong answer.
A gap beats a guess.
If a matcher is not confident, it says nothing. Handing you a wrong phone number costs you more than handing you none, because you only find out after the call.
A person approves anything that leaves.
Systems prepare. People send. The relationship is the part that works, and automating it away would be removing the thing you are actually good at.
Nothing gets built until the manual version is understood.
I would rather sit through your bad week once than automate the wrong step beautifully.
If it is not worth building, I say so.
The teardown call is free partly because sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need me yet.
