What this site is.
Information about Nivora LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company based in Mebane. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of any result. Prices shown are honest starting points and the real number is agreed in writing before any work begins.
What gets promised, and what does not.
Nivora builds systems and delivers them working. Nivora does not promise revenue, leads won, jobs closed or any other outcome that depends on what you do next. Anyone in this industry promising you those numbers is guessing.
How work is agreed.
Scope and price in writing before anything starts. Any change to scope gets agreed in writing before that work starts, so the number you were quoted is the number you pay.
Payment.
Builds are split, typically half to start and half on handover. Monthly services bill in advance and can be cancelled with thirty days notice, any time, without giving a reason.
Who owns what.
Systems built inside your own accounts are yours outright and keep running whether or not Nivora is still involved. Websites are handed over in your name, your domain, your hosting, your files. Services that run on Nivora infrastructure are clearly marked as such on the page describing them, and those stop if the monthly stops.
Your accounts and your data.
Nivora never asks for or stores a password, works only as an invited user under its own login, and hands you a written record of every access granted along with how to remove it.
What you are responsible for.
Anything sent out of a system Nivora builds, on your behalf, is sent by you. That includes your own compliance with the rules covering email, calling and texting your customers. Systems are built to prepare and queue, with a human approving what goes.
Liability.
Nivora's liability for any claim connected to a piece of work is limited to what you paid for that work. Nothing here limits liability for anything the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law.
North Carolina.
