Privacy
What this site collects.
Written in plain English because a document nobody can read protects nobody. Last updated 13 September 2026.
This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no third party code of any kind. Nothing is loaded from another domain, which is why there is no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.
Nothing is collected automatically.
There is no contact form on this site. The only ways to reach Nivora are the phone number and the email address, both of which you choose to use.
If you call or email.
Nivora keeps what you send: your name, your contact details, and notes about your business so a second conversation does not start from nothing. It is used to do the work and nothing else. It is never sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing.
If you become a client.
Building a system means being given access to accounts you already own, as an invited user under Justin's own login. Nivora never asks for or stores a password. Every access granted is written down and handed to you, and you can revoke any of it at any time without asking.
If a booking calendar is added.
A scheduling tool will eventually be embedded on the booking page. When it is, that provider will process the name, email and time you enter in order to make the booking, and this page will be updated to name them before it goes live.
How long anything is kept.
Client records for as long as the working relationship lasts plus whatever the tax rules require. Enquiries that never became work get deleted on request, and you only have to ask once.
Your rights.
Ask what is held, ask for a copy, ask for it corrected, ask for it deleted. Email or call. No form, no process, no delay beyond the time it takes to actually do it.
Questions about any of this go to justin@nivoraautomation.com or (336) 512-3176.
